Our Goal

Our goal is to provide you with the best oral health care in the area. We start with a family friendly staff that is willing to get to know you. Our Dentist, Dr. Scheller is very knowledgeable in all he does. Dr. Scheller is willing to keep up with all of the new trends in dentistry and oral health. Currently Viewmont Family Dentistry is accepting new Patients and walk-ins. We are in network with Delta Dental but we also accept most other insurance, including Medicaid. We have a couple of other options if you do not have insurance. First is CareCredit, it is like a credit card you have to apply for and second is a prepay financing where you will start paying payments up front and when you have the procedure paid for, then you can have the work done.

Root Canals (Endodontics)

Root Canal procedures are preformed when the nerve of the tooth becomes infected or the pulp becomes damaged. This treatment can also protect the tooth from any future damage, while also alleviating any pain and discomfort that is being experienced. Root canals are often performed by an Endodontist who is a specialist in the area of soft tissue.

Crowns & Bridges

Crowns are used to strengthen and protect what is left of the tooth structure while a bridge is a device used to replace one or more missing teeth. Crowns and the abutment (or anchor) teeth, when cemented into place, fully encase the entire visible portion of a tooth that is at or above the gum line. Both crowns and bridges can improve the appearance of your smile, and restore chewing function.

Prevention

Brushing and flossing your teeth helps limit bacteria and plaque buildup. A Combination of bacteria and food causes tooth decay and cavities. Taking steps to limit bacteria will prevent tooth decay and other oral health problems form occurring. Regular preventive care visits with our hygienists are recommended to maintain your oral health.
